As Executive Director, I oversee operations, programming, and fundraising. I offer creative approaches to elevating and celebrating the work of Latine artists in Arizona and across the Americas. My primary goal as executive director is to make art more accessible by working with community partners to advance Cala's mission.

I bring over 15 years of experience to my role, including experience working with nonprofits, equity, and leadership. Formerly, at Hispanics in Philanthropy, I dedicated my time to empowering multigenerational leaders of the Latin American diaspora and curating inclusive spaces for healing and learning. I am an Aspen fellow for Emerging Social Purpose Leaders and a fellow for EDGE Funders Global Engagement Lab.

As a visual artist, my practice includes photography, painting, and mixed-medium work through collage. I graduated from Arizona State University with an Interdisciplinary Arts & performance degree.
